This information is provided to help and give advice on a variety of everyday issues -. many are common sense but none the less may help you .

October 2006

Many vehicles are being damaged overnight whilst left on driveways, others are being broken into and small items stolen from inside.
Please ensure your vehicles are kept securely whenever possible. An unlocked vehicle or one with open windows is an invitation to the would-be criminal. Ensuring that no items are left in vehicles (no matter how small or insignificant you feel they are) can dramatically reduce the likelihood of someone being tempted to break in to the vehicle to steal it. Storing your vehicle in a garage overnight is the best option, but if that is not possible then keep it as close to the house as possible.
